Project Change & Revision Policy

Reasonable revisions may be included where stated in the approved scope. Revisions are intended to refine agreed work, not replace the original project with a different requirement.

New features, major redesigns or substantial changes may be treated as additional scope.

• Revision limits are defined by the relevant package or quotation where applicable.
• Feedback should be consolidated and provided clearly.
• Repeated changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.
• Changes caused by new client requirements may require a revised quotation.
• Minor corrections to our own errors are handled separately from scope changes.
