Payment Terms

All SR Global Digital services are provided on a prepaid basis. Full payment must be received and confirmed before any work, service, development, campaign, setup or project activity begins.

The applicable price, scope and payment amount will be confirmed through the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal, package or written agreement before payment is made.

Main principles

• 100% payment is required in advance.
• Work begins only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
• No work, development, campaign, configuration or service activity will begin before payment.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software, advertising, licences or external services must also be paid in advance where applicable.
• Bank charges, payment-provider fees, taxes or currency-conversion costs may apply where relevant.
• Project scheduling and delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation and receipt of the required client information, content, access and approvals.
