Intellectual Property Policy
Intellectual property rights depend on the type of deliverable and the commercial agreement for the project.
Unless otherwise agreed, the client may use final paid deliverables for the intended business purpose.
Main principles
- Final client-specific deliverables are released after agreed payment.
- Pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, templates and know-how remain with their original owner.
- Third-party fonts, images, software and assets remain subject to their own licences.
- Clients must have rights to content and materials they provide.
- Portfolio use of client work will respect confidentiality and any agreed restrictions.
